Dr. Hua Wang, associate teaching professor in the Engineering Communications Program at Cornell University, is an expert in technical communication, intercultural communication, engineering communication pedagogy, and responsible AI. As a leader of interdisciplinary and international projects, she brings deep expertise in examining how generative AI shapes language, culture, and ethical decision-making across diverse cultural settings. She holds a Ph.D. in Rhetoric and Technical Communication from Michigan Technological University and has published widely on technical communication and engineering education, emphasizing the development of practical, transferable skills that enable students to communicate clearly, responsibly, and effectively in AI-enabled workplaces.
